Casa Rustica is in a peaceful location with open fields, olive groves and vineyards surrounding the house, making it particularly popular with nature lovers and bird watchers alike. The nearest property is some distance away and the approach road ends at Casa Rustica, so there is no disturbance from passing traffic. Come at the right time and you could be eating cherries, plums, peaches or figs, fresh from the tree, or even helping in our olive harvest (no extra charge!).

The farmhouse has three generous-sized bedrooms (sleeps 7), a spacious lounge with log fire and a TV sitting room. While the bedrooms are not en suite, we are happy to ensure that you have a private bathroom.

All of the bedrooms are dual-aspect and have views of the charming rolling countryside and the Sibillini mountain range beyond. The rooms all have vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, which amplify the cool, spacious feel of the house. DVDs and videos are available, together with a selection of books and magazines.

Weather permitting, meals are served outside in the garden. What could be more delightful: enjoying a hearty breakfast, while sitting in the shade of a tree and planning the day ahead?

A laundry service is available. There is ample parking, and the changeover day is flexible.
