Casa Rustica sits in its own grounds and is surrounded by gardens. Come at the right time and you could be eating cherries, plums, peaches or figs, fresh from the tree, or even helping in our olive harvest (no extra charge!).

The farmhouse has three generous double bedrooms (sleeps 7), two bathrooms, a spacious lounge with log fire and a TV sitting room. There is a small library of DVDs and videos, together with a selection of books and magazines.

All of the bedrooms are dual-aspect and have views of the charming rural countryside, with its olive groves and vineyards, and the Sibillini mountain range beyond. The rooms all have vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, which amplify the cool, spacious feel of the house.

Weather permitting, meals are served outside in the garden. What could be more delightful: enjoying a hearty breakfast, while sitting in the shade of a tree and planning the day ahead?
